Science Tech Society (STS) vs Symbolic Societies vs Product Design

Hi I am applying to Stanford. I cant decide which majors to choose. I know Stanford doesn't admit based on major, but before i select a major on the common application, I want to have a fair idea of what it is.

All three of these majors seem super similar. All focus on Human centered development. What are the key differences between these majors. Does one lean more to the tech side? Does one lean more to the humanities side? Is one more art based?

And which of the majors are the least and most popular?
